[Solved]Link path incorrect.

I have successfully upgraded to the latest 1.4 version today but i am having some problems with the link paths.
The homepage loads fine but when i click any of the links on the page i am taken to a dead link (one we used before we bought the domain).
I figured this out in 1.3 with a setting in the backend but now i cannot seem to find the setting at all.
Does anyone know of the setting or if this is able to be changed in a file somewhere?
