besttechies
Hi, I'm trying to understand what I'm doing wrong when I configured the advanced stock management for some products. Per the screenshots, you can see that in ASM I added 10 items in stock, but the quantity page of that product just shows 1. How does this needs to be solved? besttechies
Discovered the reason for my issue. There are some tests orders in cancel status, and they are holding the product hostage. Could someone explain what's the prestashop logic in here? Don't think in places like Amazon, a cancelled order or declined order would keep the product hostage until someone checks each one of them. At the same time, what's the process to actually do it properly? From a backend perspective and from code perspective? I don't see a cancel product option on the backend, and don't see a way to return the product back to stock other than delete the product from the order. Somehow, doesn't seem normal to me. besttechies
For anyone wondering, figured it out. For the stock to return automatically, needed to turn on "Allowed returns"
