Eco tax in prestashop 1.4

Hello from the Czech Republic!

There was a possibility to fill an item "eco-tax" in our catalogue-products in our last prestashop 1.3. This eco-tax was included in the price of offered products. But now we are creating a new shop ver. 1.4 and we cannot find it in this version! We spent much time to find this item (or to solve this problem). Can anybody write us, where is this "eco-tax" located in prestashop 1.4? According to the specifications of prestashop 1.4 it should be there better management of "eco tax".
