[solved)need urgent help on carriers 1.4.0.17

After deleting all tables of ps_zones and adding new one, my cart is not working anymore. I also tried to restore the following tables in Database:

ps_zones
ps_range weight
ps_range_price
ps_carrier
ps_carrier_group
ps_carrier_lang
ps_carrier_zone

It seems that these are not all, because my cart is not working and writing ID with 200 (for all the trials). Do somebody know which tables are also related to the cart and carriers ? There must be one or two more, because my ID's don't get to 3 in carriers, when I add a new one (in Database I have only ID 1 and 2 so the next must be 3, but it's not)

ps_delivery ??

I would be very grateful if someobdy can help me to repair this presta-bug and cart works again.

I got it. On my upgraded Database there where the zone TO country for carriers missing.
