Hi,

Below is an example of my problem:

  • I have a product at £0.83.
  • I have created a tax rule to add 20% to the product.
  • I have selected 'Yes' for Enable tax.
  • I have selected 'Tax included' for 'Price Display method' under all customers > groups
  • I have selected 'Yes' for 'Display tax in the shopping cart.

On my product.tpl page the price is still showing as £0.83 (whereas I would like it to show as £1.00) but when I add it to my cart and go checkout it says:

  • Total products £0.83
  • Total Tax £0.17

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Does anyone have any experience of this?

Hi,

I have 3000 products on my website. All products are currently displaying the correct retail price. I have not applied a tax rule to any products, although, VAT is applicable to all products that I sell.

I would like to be able to show on my Prestashop generated invoices what the Tax/VAT charge is on all orders.

I know that I could add a 20% Tax rule and apply it to all products, but then all of my product prices are increasing to 'Retail price +20%'.

Does anyone know how I might be able to keep my display prices as they are but show on the customer invoices what the VAT charged on that order is?

Thanks
