Cannot open modules any more

Recommended Posts

i uninstalled Mail Chimp from my Prestashop 1.6

and i got the following error

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/paraspow/lelow.online/classes/module/Module.php(1361) : eval()'d code:
syntax error, unexpected 'use' (T_USE)

And now i cannot use prestashop modules any more when ever i try to do, it gives this error only.

Please guide how to recover from this problem.

regards,

Manoj

It seems you have installed a module for PS 1.7 in a PS 1.6. You need to rename/remove the folder. Just access with FTP to your server and search for this module, and rename the folder. It should be /modules/mailchimp or similar.

I get this when I uninstalled mailchimp configuration module.

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/fabsnlooms/public_html/classes/module/Module.php(1361) : eval()'d code:
syntax error, unexpected 'use' (T_USE)

Now I cant open the modules and services please help me

Ciao,

Prestashop versione 1.6.1.24 Php 7.1

I've made the dowgrade of php at 5.6 version and It works, so the module that cause the error is mailchimp with two advice:

mailchimppro (errore di analisi in /modules/mailchimppro/mailchimppro.php)

mailchimppro (classe mancante in /modules/mailchimppro/mailchimppro.php)

What is the solution?

Grazie

Files aggiornati (4)

themes/default/template/controllers/dashboard/helpers/view/view.tpl

classes/Rijndael.php

classes/Category.php

controllers/admin/AdminCategoriesController.php
