Attributes cannot be shown in Front-End

Dear All,

Thanks for your help in advance.

I'm having problems of Attributes, as they cannot be shown on the front-end, suppose there is an drop-down list next to "Size" 

 

Here is the back-end setting, we should have Size 35,-40 shown on the front end :
