Several users contact us and tell us that they register and then they cannot access. It does not happen to all users and is solved using a private browsing or clearing history. I attached a video with the example. Do you have any idea where the problem is coming from? It also happens in AMP. El Patron Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 (edited) on step 6, have chrome tools open to console to display errors also check your apache error log and look for issue when you reproduce. most often this is result of a cache 'module', if you have one of the PS cache modules uninstall as disable does not always remove overrides (which don't check if module is enabled), in our experience there is not 'one' ps cache module that works. avoid Edited November 6, 2019 by El Patron (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
