error during prestashop first install version 1.7.6.1

During the first installation of prestashop version 1.7.6.1 it returns alqays the same error:

1: Unable to write into "en-US"" (data layer : "PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Data\Layer\AbstractDataLayer")

i have checked my General informations & tests PHP/MySQL Version with phppsinfo (here in attach the result)

I've upgraded php to version 7.1.26 (screenshot in attach)
but the issue still remain ....

please help!
