Am having this issue on my site. www.safetynigeria.com and each time i reload the mobile friendly tester , it keep showing me different screenshot but says that site is mobile friendly and sometimes, it will say is not mobile friendly.  And i can't validate on google search console and also says content wider than screen.  Please i seriously need help. and does this, affect my site??? am using prestashop>>vapoteshop theme
