You have on products a tab called: Discounts (Tab 3 for me, tab-no. depends on the language) ant here you can manage all rebates... USE: Ad a specific preis and than select what you want. If you want to have discoutns on categories and customer gorups you can make fixe specific discounts per category and customer group on the tab "customers".
