Unable to Clear session Lock Record

Hi

 

I have just migrated my website to a new hosting provider, but every time I try to make changes on the back end (setting languages in this case) I get an error

My website is the latest version (1.7.5.1)  PHP version 7.2 and I use the JoyTech template.

 

I am relatively new to PrestaShop, but I can change code etc with clear guidance (I know my way round PHP - sort of)

 

I welcome any help or advice to resolve this issue.
