dharrison
Hi I have just migrated my website to a new hosting provider, but every time I try to make changes on the back end (setting languages in this case) I get an error Quote Symfony Exception ContextErrorException Warning SessionHandler::read(): Unable to clear session lock record in vendor/symfony/symonfy/src/Symfomy/Component/HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/StrictSessionHandler.php(line 48) StrictSessionHandler _> doRead('7ca83ff7e135459737d470d6e7e2d3c') in vendor/symfony/symonfy/src/Symfomy/Component/HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/AbstractSessionHandler.php (line 92) AbstractSessionHandler _> Read('7ca83ff7e135459737d470d6e7e2d3c') in vendor/symfony/symonfy/src/Symfomy/Component/HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/AbstractSessionHandler.php (line 69) AbstractSessionHandler _> validateId('7ca83ff7e135459737d470d6e7e2d3c') in vendor/symfony/symonfy/src/Symfomy/Component/HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/SessionHandlerProxy.php (line 91) SessionHandlerProxy _> validateId('7ca83ff7e135459737d470d6e7e2d3c') session_start() I also attach the screenshot. My website is the latest version (1.7.5.1) PHP version 7.2 and I use the JoyTech template. I am relatively new to PrestaShop, but I can change code etc with clear guidance (I know my way round PHP - sort of) I welcome any help or advice to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.
