How to buy a addon?

Hello I'm trying to buy a GPDR module but I'm from Canary Islands and here we have another taxes different to VAT, then we are an Extra CEE zone, so we don't have VAT, but I can't remove the VAT from the shopping cart. Someone could tell me how I have to buy it without taxes? Thank you

Maybe I'm wrong but it's B2B. There is no taxe on Addon.

when you fill in a valid tax number together with the correct business name the tax will be removed.

Btw, the GDPR module for 1.7 is free.

Hi, thanks for the reply but we dont have any vat tax valid because Canary Islands is a Extra CEE so we dont have it. That's the problem, I think the system is not ready for this issue.

My version is 1.6, I have to pay for the module

VAT: "This only concerns you if your company is located in Europe. In this case, simple enter your intra-community VAT number."

I'm not in Europe too, when I buy on addon, VAT is 0 eur.

Maybe there is a bug with your country, if you really want to buy on Addon, I recommend you to contact them: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/contact-us

I contacted them but nobody answer at the moment, I called them but they told me I have to send an email. Yes I really want the module, also because is required for UE, I can´t open my shop if I dont have it. Thanks you anyway

Hello there!

@veronica garcia In this case, here is what you need to do in order to get the correct taxes in your PrestaShop Addons account:
1. Login to your PrestaShop Addons account
2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen, then select "Adresses"
3. Create a new address (or select the existing one)
4. Select the country & pick "Canaries"
5. Save and exit.

It's kinda tricky but this should work.

Antoine, what about dishonest sellers who sell a defective module and avoid contact later? I wrote to you in this matter a private message a few days ago, I bought a module which, despite the seller’s assurances, does not work. What I should do now?
