How to regenerate an RTL file with Prestashop 1.7.6.1?

Hi,

I have to modify the file theme.css of theme I've bought.

I know I have to regenrate the file theme_rtl.css after deleting it.

I'm following these guidelines: https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/themes/reference/rtl/

However in  the page “Design > Theme & Logo" I can't find the section "Adaptation to right-to-left languages".

So I can't generate the theme_rtl.css file.

How is it possible?
