matutino Posted October 24, 2019 Share Posted October 24, 2019 Hi, In the past when a new order was placed its status was set automatically to the corresponding one (normally "Payment accepted"). I believe that updating from PrestaShop 1.7.3 to 1.7.6 made a change somewhere and now when a new order is placed the status is just not set, none, is a " - ". This means also that the order confirmation email is not sent automatically and so the clients has no clue of the status of its order. Attached you can find a screenshot where you can see the status of previous orders marked as "Pago aceptado" (Spanish version of "Payment accepted"), although I've manually change some of the most recent ones. So I looked for one that enables online payment in Spain, which supposedly was updated but actually wasn't (thought in the official page of the plugin said my version was the most recent one). Yep, looks like. when updating PrestaShop the Redsys module didn't work properly anymore. So I had to update it, which was not an obvious process as their website is showing a version number which didn't match the file you download...
