show newest product while searching

hi

i want to display newest product first when customer search for product.

means default sorted product when searching must be start from newest product.

for examble

( assume that i want to buy a watch.. searched watch. then i can see lot of collection....... the first product must be latest  or new product which added  in the watch list)

Which version do you use?

You can add new sort order option (new to old, old to new) to your catalog like: price, name A-Z or opposite.

BTW, you can set on:

B.O -> Shop Parameters -> Product Settings on  Pagination

i coudnt see that option B.O -> Shop Parameters -> Product Settings on  Pagination
