1.7.6.1 always return There is 0 item in your cart and empty cart.

I found a lot of solutions, including reinstalling all the software on the server, and I can't solve it. Even if I install it completely, this problem still exists.

I have test a lot of browsers, many computers, replaced the PHP version, replaced the Apache version, replaced the RDS service provider, reinstall new, can not be resolved.

I have the same problem with vers 1.7.6.4.

I tested all solutions i have found online and no results.

All is in default, after install.

I just tried to add a product to cart and ..."There is 0 item in your cart".

Does anyone found and fixed this bug ? I believe it is a bug.
