Nina
Hello, I fixed my old 1.6.1.3 site, and remained just one problem: The last page of the checkout process. I created a customer, purchased and paid by bank transfer. At the end, I got only a blank page, without confirmation or thank you messages. Is there any way to fix it? Thanx in advance Nina

Nina
Thank you tdsoft for replying, The site is https://spytechman.com I thought that I've fixed it - but no, no chance. There is some conflict between the shipping module and addresses. when you log in, it looks OK, you may save the address. Then, you may "purchase" something - and to pay. As payment options have PayPal, Western Union, and Wire (T/T). Please use Western Union., for testing. It is an old one V1, I cannot update it, and it works up to the last page - then drops dead. I do receive by email the order, but the customer - just an empty page. By T/T it looks that it works OK, but even then, from 10 "purchases" - 2-3 get the same "dots" instead address. If the customer wishes to place a new order, as address he gets dots - only dots. I am using for my tests the following details (fake): User: [email protected] Pass: 123456 User: [email protected] Pass: 123456 I am attaching the screenshots. Thanks again, Nina or
musicmaster
A blank page points to a php error. You can have a look in the error log of your server. You can also switch on development mode to see the error message:
