Cannot edit my starting page

BAck Office: Optimize / Design / Pages

At the top of the back office there is a blue house and Starting page in blue    - but no controls to edit it. I edited it in the past. And now I cannot - at least not here.

(Note for Presta Developers - there is no reason why the starting page should not be editable in the BO chart further below - just like all the other pages !

I'm a stickler for good HMI and that is not the case here... So please "just do it")

Here is my question: how do I edit my starting page? Somebody said in another thread that it may be "a language problem".

Any ideas?
