Youtube video embed in product description lightbox popup

Is there code or a module to embed youtube videos in product page description normally through editor,  in any position in the description and specifying the "thumbnail" size, so when the video is clicked it opens up in a lightbox/popup?

I'm aware of modules that will add youtube videos at the bottom of the product description in a separate block. And also in image carousel. But I'm looking specifically for flexibility to put the video in different positions throughout the product description.

And it should be responsive, both the thumbnail and lightbox/popup.
