Help needed with error 500

[Hybrid_Halogen]

I freshly installed Prestashop 1.7.6.1 and latest Colora theme 1.1.1 from Envato Elements.

 

Everything seems to work fine, but the "Homepage Configuration", "Positions" and "Link Widgets" all don't work anymore

 

Returns with:

 

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

PHP Version on 5.6 with below extensions ticked.  I suspect something is wrong here but can't seem to find the correct combination to work on any of the PHP versions

I'm pretty sure you will need to use a much later php version like 7.2. If you're still getting server 500 then try to empty the cache manually (var/cache/ and delete the contents of prod.

on 7.2 I get so much more errors.

 

sometimes frontend doesnt open, sometimes the orders and categories link in the backend give me error 500.

 

after an entire day of trouble shooting from fresh installations, php 5.6 with above configs seems to work best

First of all: enable development (alias debug) mode to see the errors. It will give you at least some indication where the errors come from. Have also a look in the error log of the server.

Second: did you ask the maker of the theme?
