I'm new to prestashop, so I'm asking for your help.

I work with inserting and editing products from an online store, however and although this store already has over 1000 products, yesterday I was unable to upload new product images and instead of the usual thumbnail I get a "?". However when inserting images into categories, this problem does not occur.

This occurred after inserting 3 product images simultaneously, in which the first image appeared without any error and the subsequent ones appeared with the "?". Since then I can't upload product images.

The images in question are just over 100kb.

Next I will describe all my attempts to correct the problem (however unsuccessfully):

  • Regenerate thumbnails;
  • Check disk storage space (still has more than 50% free space);
  • Clear browser and backoffice cache;
  • Regenerate search;
  • Use different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge);
  • Check permissions for image folder and files (755 permission for folders and 664  for files);
  • Disable the use of non-prestashop modules;
  • Regenerate the .htaccess file;
  • Check the path ... / img / p / (# photo) and images that come up with "?" appear normally.

I appreciate any help you can get, because this situation is preventing me from continuing to work normally.
