Upload Template?

Hi there, l'm wondering what columns a product upload template would have?

 

I need:
 

- Title

- Short Description

- Description with possibility of HTML rather than plain text (the HTML will include the full picture series, rather than the narrow selection of 2 or 3 images l want in the main image display area)

- Image location file tree

- EAN / ISBN / UPC

- Meta Title (for Google search results)

- Meta Description (for Google search results)

- Category ID, rather than category name

- Weight

- Price

- Promo Price

- Tax Class (this will be an ID,  a code, representing things like Full Rate, Reduced Rate, Zero Rated)

- Tax Included? (0 = no, 1 = yes)

- Stock level

- Displayed stock level

- Stock warning level

- VERY IMPORTANT: SHIPPING POLICY CODE / ID - i.e. 1, 2, 3
