Customer reassurance module bug, not working.

So when i try to configure the Customer reassurance module i go on the page "Block Content"  and there are 3 empty blocks with nothing on them. They are Deactivated by default . If i click on "Activate" it shows like the block now is active but if i change the page and return the block is Deactivated again. Also if i try to edit the blocks this option is not working, due to the fact i cannot save the changes made to the block.

When i try to create another fresh new  block, after completing the process, on the "Block Content" page there will appear another 3 empty blocks instead of 1 and they are all Deactivated.

I uninstalled and installed the module several times with no success.

Can please someone help me with my problem? I have been working on my website for almost 1 month and now at almost the end, i`m stuck. Please help, anybody who knows what to do.
