Weight added to cart

Hey guys, I'm trying to add the total weight of the products in the cart. My main objective is to multiply the weight by a decimal and add it to the cart total to charge the customer as a fee.

I just can't seem to figure out how to call for the total product weight in the cart. I'm doing this in the shopping cart tpl file. Default theme - Presta - version 1.6.1.24

I want to place the weight x the fee percentage where I have deposit fee. I know how where I want it. I'm just having trouble figuring out where/how to get the total weight.

I've tried this with no luck so far.
