Change and move content to the product page problem

Hello,

I did a data migration from 1.6.x to 1.7.6, but some settings were imported from the product page from 1.6.x.

Tabs with description position should be in the middle or on the left.

Two icons appear below the pictures, I circled on the attached image.

The New text appears twice.

The people at the Warehouse told me it wasn't the theme.

A suggestion if you can ... do not find in these product.tpl these codes.
