peskywinnets Posted September 29, 2019 Share Posted September 29, 2019 (edited) So I used a tool to migrate from opencart to PS ....alas, it's imported all orders in one currency, so I'm trying to clean up using an ODBC connection from MS access. I've done some updates to an order (as a trial/test), in the main it worke (f9r example, prior to me doing the update, this particular order hwas showing a shipping cost of $0.00) - but when I view the customer order in the Back Office, even though the shipping charge is visible (& now correct), PS is not totalling the shipping cost to the cost of the item(s)? See here for what I mean $24.27 + $7.95 (shipping ....which was $0.00 prior) = $24.28 Any ideas? since I've changed some entries in the database, do I need to force PS to regenerate/recalculate the order details? peskywinnets Posted September 30, 2019 Author Share Posted September 30, 2019 I worked it out...it seems the the 'products total' + shipping charge = grand total is not dynamic...I had to locate the respective fields in the PS database & update them manually.
