Categories list (left column) doesn't show when I want!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a solution for this since long ago, have searched a lot here, no luck

I'm running 1.6.1.7

I've made a shop with categories and sub-categories. I want the list of categories/subcategories to show all the time when you are browsing ALL categories and subcategories, but It doesnt show, it only shows when you are on a parent category and not a subcategory

The website is this one: http://www.taller-reyes.com/es/14-categorias and here in this link you can see the list because its a parent category, but when you go to a subcategory like this one: http://www.taller-reyes.com/es/19-motosierras the list disappears

Can anyone help me with this?? Thanks a lot in advance!
