Adding Products And Editing Products Error

Hey guys,
I have upgraded to the newest version of prestashop it said final so i figured they finished the 1.4 versions my mistake! I upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.4.17 everything went well untill i ran into a few things!

1. Creating a new produt i get some error sometimes stack overflow blah blah blah or something like that! When it feels like it it will create the product after fields are inputted however my newest product i am trying to add will not let me save an image so i saved the product and went to edit it and add a image bam! another error whats this about any one know? how to fix?

If you get this error Fatal error (StockMvt -> id_stock_mvt_reason = -1) during the editing of a produt suach as increase price, change or add text adding a image use the stock movement option and set the bottom option from order to increase and that will take care of the error! Worked for me.

newcomer to prestasho here. just installed few days ago...everything seemed to be working fine till this morning.
1) i can't open any of my modules; not even my warnings
2) my wysiwyg editor for adding and editing products do not show any editing or html
someone please help me asap. thanks

I got the same problem after a 1.3.X upgrade to 1.4.0.17, I can't add any images anymore.
