Guest
Hello, today I downloaded a module that I wanted to manually install. To do this, I entered the Standard modules -> Modul Catalog section. Unfortunately, the 500 error: Internal Server Error appears when loading the page or the module itself as a ZIP package. On the Internet I found information that, theoretically, after changing PHP 5.6 and clearing the cache, the problem should disappear. Please help. PrestaShop 1.7.5.0 best regards Christopher
tuk66
That module have caused the error. Rename its folder in the /modules directory to get rid of the error.

This should fix your issure if it was caused by the module, but if it was caused by some kind of Apache or PHP limit you should look after the error_log on the server. Each error 500 is caused there depending on settings it can be notice, error or warning. If you paste it here we can be more of assistance to you.
