Why no one realized that in Prestashop 1.7.6.1 there is a bug that when You want to add product to cart there is no products in it?

Why Prestashop release the version which is not completed and tested?

Anyone have these problems?

I don't think it is a bug in PS 1.7.6.1. I would vote for a module which causes it. What is the URL?
