Got error after upload prestashop files

Hello,

I have a problem with prestashop installation on the server. When I upload all clear files (prestashop 1.7.6.1), nothing happenes on my domain: dekorisa.pl. I checked Apache logs and got these errors below:

In order to be sure I removed all files from my server and again downloaded clear prestashop and again uploaded it by FTP to my server. Problem happened again.

most likely these files do not exist there, try removing the vendor dir completely then importing it back from the PS archive (checking the permissions afterwards).
