Setting up a Prestashop website from Zero !

Hello, 

I started work with a startup that uses prestashop as solution for their e-commerce website, it's my first experience with prestashop, it would be nice if you can answer these questions ?

- Where can i find a road map of setting up an e-commerce website from scratch with prestashop! i mean what are the logical steps for configuration ? so i avoid the maximum of misconfigurations.

- The frontend design i finished it using a them that contains an elementor page builder, which i can integrate later when every thing is ready. 

It would be nice, if someone can tell me about his experience with prestashop. the steps he takes to set up prestashop. once the prestashop is installed an go on.
