The Geekz Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 Hi,I upgraded my prestashop to 1.4 everything is ok, except when I changed to the Alternative theme, my site became blank:http://www.kawaii-gamers.com/ (prior to this the Mobilestore theme has some incompatibility... but the shop is still functional.. )Please help.Thank you.Edit: I have since tried to restore it to default but in the process lost everything... any ideas how to get back the data esp since I have not backup the database... EFalcon Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 I can confirm this "blank page" problem with the latest version of Prestashop. If you do in fact select "No" to the "Use Smarty 2 instead of Smarty 3" setting under the General heading, then the theme does display, although it is quite buggy (missing header colors and images, horizontal navbar not showing, etc etc).I would probably recommend you simply avoid using this theme for the time being until they release a working version.
