Kevin DESCOUBES
Hello, I'm using Prestashop 1.7.5.2 with a multi store configuration (4 stores, with a different domain for each). Every time I want to login in the back office section, I can't. There is a unknown problem, with no error message, no errors in the logs (apache, prestashop). The only solution to login is to clear my browser cache (with clear cache for Firefox for exemple), or to delete my cookies for that domain. Demonstration : Anybody has a solution ? Bill Dalton
I don't know if this will help, I also had problem, I get redirected when I try to access back-office with any version of PS 1.7x. The workaround for me is to delete the htaccess file located in the admin folder.

Simonas Invertus
Do you have the same issue only in FireFox or in all browsers? PrestaShop is using Ajax checkout, it means that if some of the modules crashes, you can't see an error message, you just see the same screen. I guess the best option would be to hire experienced developer to do the investigation. I don't think that there is something you can solve yourself. Unless you would disable ALL modules and see if that helps. If yes, then enable module one by one until you find the one not working. However I don't guaranty that even this way can help to find you a problem.
