Fatal Error in ... classes/module/Module.php

Dear all,

After updating Mailchimp Module and then imminently uninstalling it. I can't access to Modules and Services but everything else works fine. 

I have stumbled upon this error below > 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/cedariq380/domains/domain-censored.nl/public_html/classes/module/Module.php(1361) : eval()'d code:
syntax error, unexpected 'use' (T_USE)

I am on Prestashop 1.6.1.24 - Custom theme.

Update.. for reference if anyone experiences this type of error.. I solved it by removing the mail chimp module form FTP.
