cristina
Howdy, I have a request, I installed a new module, it is called CARTS GURU. This module sends messages with the fact that you have products in cart and you have not completed the order. My problem is: the shortlink sent to customers when it is opened contains index.php ?, example: https://www.bellemix.ro/index.php?controller=order-opc&cg_accountid=c212b170-a817-4619-b5bc-4d18a39895e4&recover_cart= 10840 & token_cart = d0930086e20bc7d836f0984d8ef5587a. So that the link, to be functional this "index.php?" from the link, no longer has to appear. How or where can this be stopped? customers cannot open the link in this form. Please help. thank you
Prestashop Addict
Simply add a rewrite rule in your .htaccess and change the link in mail template.
Dh42
Avoid them, they are slimy.
Prestashop Addict
Prestashop works with a lot of rewriting rules you know 😉 But in your case I think you cannot change anything, because the template is generated by cartsguru and you cannot modify uri in the template tool powered by cartsguru.
