How to change label "State" translation from registration form

Hi everybody, I'd like to know how can I change the label of "State" in the registration form, I got by default "Departamento" and then changed it for "Distrito" in themes> classic > spanish, but I keep getting "Departamento" as its translation, I also erased the cache after that. I attached 2 images.

Hola a todos! Quisiera saber cómo hacer que me aparezca por ejemplo "Distrito" en lugar de "Departamento" en el formulario de registro de Prestashop, ya modifiqué la traducción en Temas > classic > Español como figura en la imagen, e incluso borré la caché, sin embargo aún me figura departamento.

Quizas a alguien mas le sirve esta respuesta, alli dice que tienes 3 traducciones, si quieres que en tu formulario aparezca la traduccion debes irte a donde dice; Forms>Labels alli modificas el valor.

Donde estabas haciendo la traduccion era en SHOP no en Labels.
