Unlaunched webhooks

Hi, 

Until now, I change manually my orders' status after they have been shipped. I developed a webhook with my shipping application that automate this fonctionality.

Unfortunately, if the status change is ok, it seems that webhook called after in prestashop core are not launched.

For instance : 

- The invoice is generated on another new payment row 

- My customers should win vouchers on their fidelity count but it's not the case.

Do you have any idea about this problem ?
