Prestashop Price Calculator Module [ Will Pay For A Working Module]

Hello All
Can anyone help? i am looking to add a product price calculator to the homepage of prestashop website.

This calculator will simply generate a total price when the Length (cm) and Width (mm) is typed in their corresponding box fields.

As a guide , the formula will be of this sort : Length(20.0cm) x Width (18.6cm) x (0.08) = £Price

Where (0.08) is a constant,

£Price: Excludes Vat @ 20.0%

Three bullet field ( Number 1 should be active by default) :

1.if the product is plain (no shape)

2. If the product is shaped : L X W X (0.08) + ( a value of £8.00)

3. if delivery is outside mainland Uk : (Any outcome for 1 Or 2 Above + £10.00)

This generated price (excluding vat) will then be added to CART with a click of a standard 'Add to cart botton'

FINAL NOTE: i have a working model of this project in Javascript, but require this project a prestashop module or similar script.

Any question please let me know. (I AM HAPPY TO PAY FOR A CLEAN MODULE)
