Configuring and installing Prestashop v1.3 in Host1free

Hi, I'm trying to test Prestashop v1.3 in Host1free hosting. First I made a FREE account. It has a good autoinstaller called Softaculous that is very intuitive, easy and fast, just 2 minutes to get it installed and showing the demo page very fine, OK till now is OK, but the problem begins, that in FREE mode they only offers 2 databases and no privilegies for dropping anyone, so I ask, I have 2 databases already created (information schema) and (the database created at the time of installation) so , if I dont have privilegies to create another one, or delete it, how can I import the database I use in localhost ???. Maybe they have this situation in mind, but really I can't find the way to do it, or maybe I'm doing something wrong when I install Prestashop for the first time, or before install Prestashop, try to declare my localhost (in hard disc) database, in this case how to do it ???

Anyway any advice in this hosting or other hosting, on how to use my own database instead of the default database installation will be very usefull.
