How to call PHP functions from URL

Hello everybody! 

I'm really new in Prestashop and I'm trying to give extra functionality to my shop. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.0, and what I want to do is this:

I've done a Helper with some functions I needed to implement for my shop and it's called MyHelper.php

I've added some extra checkbox in my back office, at the products page. I need to handle them and send the information to a PHP function I have at the helper.

My question here is if I can use all this new functions I've developed from an URL. 

I've been reading a lot of posts, but I can't find an answer here. 

Can anybody help me here?
