Currency Symbol

Before PS 1.7.6.0, I can show currency symbol "HK$" for my products prices, but in PS 1.7.6.0 and 1.7.6.1, it only shows "$" sign for the product prices. In the Currency setting, I cannot define the Currency Symbol anymore. Anyone can help?

Thanks Rolige for your advice. Starting from 1.7.6.x, the currency sign in the currency setting cannot be changed, and the default currency sign for most of the Asian currency are default as "$". Just found that I can edit it directly in the database and problem solved.

I think, that information is't really helpfull in this case. I've checked thas thread, there is only info about changing database table for changing the precison of the price, but it's not about the symbols.
