Faceted search not working - 1.7.5.0

Hi all

 

Suddenly my faceted search is not working. I have tried to reset the module, but without any results. What to do?

 

Please see the following; 

 

I have 4 different filters:

 

Each connected to a category;

 

and with different settings: 

 

 

 

But when I go to a category on the page, you can't click any filters - it just shows the settings from  above. 

 

It worked fine until some days ago.

Hi all,

same problem here - when i open the filter i can't click on any of the options, only on OK button to close it. My version of the shop is 1.7.6.4 and it is a fresh install. I have downloaded the pack from www.prestashop.com, set up manually the database and installed it on my own. Even though this problem persists and i can't fix it. I have tried uninstalling the module (the version is 3.5.0), deleted the folder and again instating it but nothing. Same think.

Any suggestions and solution?!

My issue was solved by reinstalling the theme.

UPDATE:

I tried to disable my theme - and installed another theme - and now the faceted search is working - so it is related to my theme.
