mowax
Hi, I noticed today that suddenly all our website urls are now missing the "https://www." prefix. I've not changed any files or settings lately, so can't understand what has happened. It used to be https://www.mysite.com, now it is only showing mysite.com. This is obviously going to be a SEO disaster if I can't fix it soon. I checked in Shop Parameters > Traffic & SEO, and shop domain and SSL domain both point to www.mysite.com. Under Advanced Parameters > Information, the store domain is shown as http://www.mysite.com Please can anyone suggest what to try?? I'm beginning to panic Thanks for any advice Edited September 2, 2019 by mowax (see edit history)
mowax
Ok, I think the panic is over. I just found out that google's chrome browser is now truncating urls to remove https and www, so that was the reason. I tested it with firefox to confirm and everything looks fine.
