I have searched every where and I can seem to find an in depth tut on how to do this, anybody know of one.

 You can try our extension Etsy Prestashop Integartion  . It will help you the following ways:

• Create Listing for Etsy in CSV
• Upload bulk product 
• Manage inventory and order syncing from your own Prestashop
• Order notification and full management from your store

I was looking to import my Etsy store to Prestashop.
