Cold not change the Logo in my new installation 1.7.4.1

I have installed an 1.7.4.2 version and it has been impossible to load a new logo, seems that there is some permission error, the rolling arrow continue without stopping

Anyway, you can upload manually your logo by FTP replacing the current logo file.
