Add VAT on 18 000 products

Hello,

Reminder: I imported 18,000 products that appear without VAT on my site.
Did I miss a general rule or can I catch up with a BDD request?

while I have specified VAT rates for each customer group,
but tariffs remains equal to VAT excluded .

Thank you in advance for your help, this is the last thing to do before launching my site.
