I have no in-stock products and I need to disable product quantity on the BE

Hello,

We do not have most of our products in stock but It's in our suppliers' stocks. It means that when a costumer orders any products from our e-shop, the products will be delivered right from our suppliers' stocks. It also means we have no product quantity. Is there any option for a product like that? I thought the "Virtual product" option could be for us but no. We want to disable the product quantity and not just on the front page but on the back end too because we  use a modul for Supplier Orders (It's called Wk Suppliers Management) and It automatically keeps on adding more pieces of ordered products in every customer order. Why? Because the product quantity is always 0 and the modul "thinks" we need to order more from our supplier in order not the have zero product quantity.

Could anyone help me with that?
