zoombamboom Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 (edited) I have had a couple of errors from orders recently. Basically the client is charged less then he should. The order then shows a Payment Error status due to the amount mismatch. I notice this happen using Stripe but can not tell if the Stripe module is the culprit or not. A bit annoying as I have to contact the client to complete the remainder of the payment manually. The last order as example had a total amount of 127.45 (GBP). Only 108.70(GBP) was paid. Client paid in EUR but the ratio does not resemble anything close to a currency conversion. Looking closer the payment difference would maybe correspond to a carrier being applied differently.
